Orders:

• Orders are subject to a minimum of 25 pieces
• 10 days lead time necessary for orders
• Rush orders are available for an additional fee
• Chocolate ribbons may be personalized and are available in all colors
• Chocolate wrapping papers are also available in all colors
• The color of ribbons, flowers, and ornaments may be slightly different than pictured depending on availability
• Trays may be rented or purchased for an additional fee
• Chocolates may contain nuts and/or nut products
• Suggested storage:  cool, dry place (50-62°F)
• Shelf life: 3-4 months
• We are not responsible for any merchandise after leaving our store
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Payment is also accepted through PayPal
• Please let us know when you make your order if you would like to complete your payment through PayPal

Shipping/Handling:

• All products are only shipped within the Continental United States with tracking included
• Standard Ground Shipping: 2-7 business days
• United States Postal Service Priority Shipping: 2-3 days
• Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed 1 business day
• If shipping address is located in a hot/humid environment please choose express shipping to ensure product quality
• Products may be shipped for an additional fee in a foam insulated cooler with ice packs to prevent melting
